Employer Matching Gifts

Have you heard of matching gifts? If your employer offers a matching gift program like Benevity, which is one of many Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) platforms, it can double the impact of your donation. The process can be completed in a few simple steps. Getting your gift matched helps support twice as many students.

Although the criteria can vary from company to company, these are some key components requested by employers during the matching gift submission process:

  • Nonprofit name – Forest Park Crew Inc.
  • Mailing address – PO Box 488  Dumfries, VA 22026
  • Tax ID # (EIN) – (04-3670161)
  • Mission – Sports, Athletics

If you’re not certain whether your company offers a matching program, check with your HR department. They can tell you if your company has a matching gift program and provide you with the necessary forms and guidelines. Many companies allow payroll deduction for your portion of the donation.

If your company offers a matching program but you do not see Forest Park Crew in their system, it may be because our organization is not registered on their platform. This is easy to fix. Just send a note to Ruth Avelis at fundraising@fpcrew.org.
