Description

This year Crew Winter Conditioning will be conducted at Forest Park High School.  Training will start right after school ends and will run until 4:30 Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Winter Conditioning will begin on November 27th and will run until February 9th with tryouts February 14-16. Winter Conditioning is highly recommended to build strength and endurance prior to the 2024 Crew Season. In addition, it affords new students an opportunity to meet the members of the Forest Park Crew team.

The cost for Winter Conditioning is $30, which covers the cost of a Winter Conditioning Shirt and entry fee for the Prince William Rowing Club’s High School Erg Sprints on February 10th, 2024, at Woodbridge Senior High School.
