Thursday, November 2, 2023, we will hold a Winter Conditioning interest meeting in the enclosed cafeteria at 7pm. We are very pleased to announce that conditioning will be held at Forest Park after school at the auxiliary gym.  This will get the students prepared for the Spring Crew Season.
